To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Prohibited Items: You may not ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items without proper packaging, or any items prohibited by law.
Packaging: Items must be properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transit.
Declaration: You must accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments.
SwiftLogistics liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual loss, whichever is less. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment is due at the time of shipment creation unless you have approved credit terms. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Shipments may be cancelled before pickup for a full refund. After pickup, refunds are subject to our discretion based on shipment status.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
